introducing: Clementine Cohort

Clementine Cohort is a community built to help you grow into the parent you want to be.

Clementine Cohort is a school-year experience for three to five families who are also enrolled in a weekly session class. It combines parent conversations, additional lab classes, and thoughtful, individualized support between meetings.

It's for parents who want to understand their children more fully, respond with more confidence and intention, and experience a season of growth alongside a small group of families who are looking for the same things.

Over the years, I’ve had dozens of chats in the classroom that I’ve wished could last a little longer. But:

The waffle iron waits for no one.

Classes give us the space to learn together and to connect with each other, but we’re often left wanting more time to finish the conversations and fully work through the challenges. Clementine Cohort creates that time.

a school year of learning, practice, and growth

We all understand before becoming parents that there are going to be challenges. But actually living them, especially once the toddler years begin, is a whole other layer.

You might be wondering often: Is this normal? Am I doing this right? Why does it feel like things are so hard right now?

Everyone knows: There are plenty of places to get parenting advice and “hacks”. But my goal isn't to give you a script for every challenge, because childhood isn’t a process to be optimized.

I want to help you understand why your child might behave the way he does, what she may need in that moment, and how to make plans and decisions that align with the things your family values and the parent you want to be.

It doesn't get easier because someone hands you a list of tips. You grow into the parent you want to be by understanding your child more fully, with me and the group alongside as you build practical tools that fit your family.

How do I know if this is right for us?

You might...

  • want something deeper than one-size solutions as you work through common challenges—big emotions, power struggles, sleep, food, transitions, or behavior
  • value depth and relationships over quick fixes and immediate compliance
  • describe yourself as curious, reflective, and eager to grow alongside your child
  • want to understand your child’s behavior, how to respond with intention, and how to create a calmer, more connected family life
  • be willing to examine your own responses and try new approaches

If you’re feeling as you read: yes, that’s me –- then Clementine Cohort could be just the thing for your family this school year.

What's included?

GROUP CONVERSATIONS  Ten 75-minute meetings, a mix of virtual and in-person, where we examine the big concepts that shape our parenting, workshop our experiences, and share goals and ideas.  |  meeting schedule

LAB CLASSES   Seven classes where we put the ideas into practice with the children and talk in real time as we see them in action.  |  lab class schedule

INDIVIDUAL CHECK-INS  Four video calls and three in-person conversations across the year. We’ll choose one challenge at a time, develop a plan, observe what happens as you implement, and adjust.

SUPPORT BETWEEN MEETINGS  Weekly messaging windows where we touch base about what’s going well, take a look at what’s challenging, and give and get support.

REFLECTION RESOURCES  Tools to clarify patterns, changes, and goals over the course of the year.

What's the investment?

Cohort tuition is $875 per family. Pay in full now, or in four installments: $275 due at enrollment, then $200 on 10/1, 2/1, & 5/1.

Class tuition is separate; sign up at regular session registration. (Cohort families get early registration access.)

The first cohort is being offered at a discount for this founding group. I’ll ask for your thoughts on the program at a few checkpoints during the year to refine the experience for us and for future groups.

You might be wondering...

It sounds like this could be right for our family…what’s next?

The priority interest list is open now:

  1. Click to join the list.
  2. I’ll contact families in the order they respond.
  3. If needed, we’ll set up a quick conversation by phone or email to make sure the experience feels like a good fit.
  4. From there, you’ll get a registration window to make your final decision before the spot is offered to the next family.

I can’t wait to share this experience with the first
Clementine Cohort beginning this September!
